On Monday, May 27th, the foundation stone was ceremonially laid for a new retail park in Prokuplje called Penta Park Prokuplje! This project represents a significant step forward for the local community, as well as for our newly established company, Penta Development, which deals with development and new projects within the construction sector.
Penta Retail Park in Prokuplje is the first such project within the KMZ group, and we can proudly say that from the very beginning we have secured an excellent place for development. The choice of Prokuplje as the location for our first retail park was not accidental. It is a city with great development potential, and we recognized the opportunity to contribute to its growth and modernization.
The construction works for Penta Park Prokuplje are being carried out by Penta Ge.Co. Construction, representing the synergy within the KMZ group, as this way expertise and experience in the realization of major construction projects are combined. It is expected that Penta Retail Park will bring numerous business and economic opportunities to the citizens of Prokuplje, as well as attract additional investors and business entities to this part of Serbia.
At the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone, Marija Kamenarac, the director of Penta Development, addressed the audience, expressing satisfaction with the start of this significant project. "It is a great honor for us to build such an object in this part of Serbia, especially because a large part of our employees are from this area. We are happy to contribute to the development of the town of Prokuplje and the Toplica district," said Kamenarac.
Penta Park Prokuplje will occupy a total area of 9,000 square meters and will be home to numerous international and domestic brands. In addition to retail and hospitality establishments, the facility will also include a children's playground and 200 parking spaces. We expect the retail park to attract a large number of visitors not only from Prokuplje but also from nearby locations, which will further improve the local economy.
