OUR FIRST YEAR
Penta Ge.Co. Construction was founded in 2015 as an enhancement of our founders' extensive experience, with a clear vision of what we aim to become.
PEOPLE ARE THE FOUNDATION OF OUR SUCCESS
We've hired and formed our initial team because people are our greatest asset. Our successes are the result of the work of our motivated, experienced, and ambitious team of engineers and architects.

FIRST RETAIL AND INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS
We have successfully built and solidified relationships with market leaders in several sectors. We have proven to be a reliable partner on projects across Serbia.
FIRST INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
We completed the construction of a bridge over the Kolubara River in Obrenovac.

FIRST RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Commencement of the construction of Square 43 complex in New Belgrade - our inaugural residential-commercial complex where we were engaged as the main contractor.
CONTINUOUS AND SUSTAINABLE GROWTH
Despite all challenges, 2020 was marked by numerous successful projects and continuous, sustainable growth. This year, we completed the construction of 10 buildings.

CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT OF SERVICE QUALITY TOWARDS CLIENTS
After 5 years of operation, our team has grown more than 5 times. New employees bring an increasingly broader set of knowledge and experience to our company, enabling us to improve the quality of service to our clients every day.
TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION
In 2022, we successfully completed construction projects covering an area of 90,000 m2 on a turnkey basis.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE RENOWNED SAVA CENTER
In addition to numerous successful projects, the year 2023 was marked by the reconstruction of the famous Sava Center, one of the most significant architectural achievements of post-war Belgrade.
FIRST PROPRIETARY INVESTMENT
Entering 2024, we embark on the construction of our first proprietary investment - the Retail Park in Prokuplje, after 8 years of operation with 11 ongoing projects.
