DESCRIPTION

The Czech investor UDI (Urban Developers & Investors) has chosen Penta Ge.Co. Construction as the general contractor for the construction of the new residential and commercial complex 'Lastavice Blok 58' covering over 69,000 square meters in New Belgrade.

On this project, we continue our successful collaboration with the renowned architectural firm Zap Ltd., which, together with the Czech Hlaváček & Partner Studio, is the author of the architectural design.

The first phase includes the eastern building with 233 apartments and 36 commercial units, while the second phase involves the construction of another building with 191 apartments and 32 commercial units.

The complex consists of two buildings in the shape of the Latin letter 'L', facing each other with their narrower sides, separated by green and pedestrian corridors as independent units.
