Our group, KMZ Group, which includes companies Penta Ge. Co. Construction, KMZ Contractor, MG Precast, Loom of Fruit, Bacca Blu, Burnout, SPI, Penta Ge. Co. Accounting, Penta Development, recently held a team building event at the beautiful Uvac. Through a series of carefully planned activities, our employees had the opportunity to get to know each other better, develop mutual cooperation and create unforgettable memories.
Over two days, participants enjoyed a variety of adventures, from kayaking, boating, and jeep rides to climbing a viewpoint. Although we were surprised by heavy rain, which disrupted some planned activities, the team spirit and quick adaptability allowed us to reorganize the program and continue enjoying our time together. This situation once again showed us how important it is to be flexible and ready for challenges, which we successfully demonstrated.
With great team games, fun, and an evening party, our team building was an opportunity to relax, recharge, and deepen the bonds among employees. Additionally, this gathering allowed us to further strengthen our shared dedication to the goals of the companies within our group.
