The members of KMZ Group gathered last weekend for a three-day team building event, during which we explored some of the most beautiful landmarks of Serbia and enjoyed spending time together outside the work environment.
Our journey began with a visit to the Golubac Fortress, continued with a Danube cruise from Golubac to Tekija, a tour of the Đerdap Hydroelectric Power Plant, wine tasting in Rajac wine cellars, an exploration of the Lepenski Vir archaeological site, and a visit to Kapetan Miša’s Hill. Each of these destinations brought us new insights and unforgettable impressions.
What made this experience especially valuable were the team games and evening celebrations, where the strength of team spirit, connection, and collaboration was felt the most.
Bringing all KMZ Group members together in one place once again highlighted the importance of nurturing unity and how shared experiences contribute to strengthening team energy and success.
This gathering will leave us with many beautiful memories and provide additional motivation for new business challenges.
